They are seeking an experienced Senior ARCS & FCCS Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ARCS implementations (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support)
• Configure Profiles, Reconciliation Formats, Matching Rules, and Auto-Reconciliation processes
• Design Transaction Matching and integration with source systems (ERP, GL, Subledger)
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Drive process improvement and automation of reconciliations
• Support period-end close cycles and reconciliation governance
• Lead consolidation design including multi-GAAP, multi-currency, and intercompany eliminations
• Configure metadata, data forms, calculation rules, and consolidation processes
• Implement close management best practices
• Support ownership management and equity pickup configurations
• Optimize data integrations using Data Management / EPM Integration Agent
• Troubleshoot consolidation and translation issues
Skills
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ARCS and/or FCCS implementations
• Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS reporting
• Experience with data integrations (ERP to EPM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Preferred
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or legacy EPM systems
• Knowledge of Smart View, Groovy scripting, and EPM Automate
• Experience in Big 4 or large consulting environments
• Master's degree preferred
