Key Responsibilities: Shaping Exceptional Client Care Experiences
As a Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator - Nights, Weekends, Holidays, your duties will include:
- Cheerfully welcoming and greeting customers by phone and in-person, building a strong, loyal team
- Fostering strong relationships with both clients and caregivers
- Optimizing schedules to match and carefully pair each client with a compatible caregiver based on their individual needs and preferences
- Creatively staffing call-outs and filling open shifts daily to ensure zero open hours every week
- Assisting caregivers with inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock-ins/outs, care management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
- Managing and overseeing time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments
- Ensuring caregivers are prepared for shifts with new clients by communicating client service plan needs and personal preferences
- Working weekends and holidays for an additional stipend
