They are seeking freelance tech recruiters to source and engage technical candidates, coordinating introductions for interviews with their customers. Responsibilities • Source and engage engineers, developers, architects, and other technical profiles for specific roles. • Identify strong technical matches using your own judgment, supported by our AI tools. • Coordinate introductions so candidates can move directly to interviews with our customer. • Keep a simple, clear record of outreach and interview progress. Skills • At least 3 years of experience working in or recruiting for high growth companies, preferably startups. • Experience sourcing or recruiting technical candidates, ideally on LinkedIn. • Strong written communication. • Ability to quickly assess technical profiles for role fit. • Independent, reliable, and comfortable with flexible work.
