Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to build and execute a world-class recruitment function. This is a fully remote position, empowering you to manage talent acquisition efforts from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying, attracting, and closing top talent across diverse functional areas and levels. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing recruitment processes, building robust talent pipelines, and leveraging various sourcing channels, including advanced search techniques, social media, and professional networks. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and guide them through effective hiring strategies. This role also involves developing and managing employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is essential. You will also be responsible for tracking key recruitment metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing regular reports on recruitment performance. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role focused on full-cycle recruitment. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of the current labor market are critical.
