They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and qualify industry professionals, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide full-circle services for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates on job-seeker platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and others
- Interviewing qualified candidates against highly technical requirements
- Negotiating with key stakeholders and job-seekers in order to connect the interests of each side
- Prepping candidates and debriefing with them before and after interviews
- Providing full-circle services for candidates (resume writing and formatting, interview preparation, scheduling, and debriefing, securing offers, and more!)
- Partnering with internal Account Managers and other Recruiters to provide the best service possible to our clients and candidates
Skills
- Prior professional experience in Recruiting, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation
- A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people
- Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency

- Prior experience working as a Technical Recruiter within an agency setting
- Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of skill sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others)
- Experience working in a call center environment
- A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates/clients, lead generation and tracking, and Boolean writing on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc
