Ladders is seeking a VP of Product Management specializing in Data & AI Governance to join their team in the Enterprise Technology space. This role involves defining and owning the go-to-market strategy for data AI governance, building a high-performing team, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Define and own go-to-market strategy for data AI governance aligned with market needs
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on governance strategy and compliance
• Develop governance frameworks addressing data and model governance as well as compliance standards
• Partner with Engineering to embed governance capabilities in company's platforms
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet evolving regulatory requirements
• Represent company's governance vision externally and enhance thought leadership in the sector
• Track success metrics and KPIs related to governance initiatives
Skills
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, and governance roles; 5-7 years in senior leadership positions
• Proven track record of building and scaling governance programs in enterprise settings
• Deep knowledge of data governance disciplines such as data quality, lineage, and stewardship
• Strong expertise in AI/ML governance including model monitoring and risk frameworks
• Excellent strategic business acumen with the ability to quantify governance investments
