The role involves engaging with individuals at the enquiry stage of their personal growth journey and using digital workflows to support their development. Responsibilities • Having meaningful conversations with people who are exploring personal development • Using simple digital systems to guide interactions and share information • Leveraging online tools (including AI) that streamline your workflow • Joining virtual development sessions to strengthen your skills and confidence • Keeping communication organised within the digital platform • Managing your workflow in a way that suits you while working within the established framework Skills • You have an interest in training, personal development, people support, or coaching • Strong interpersonal and communication capability • Confident using digital tools and comfortable learning new systems • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive • Experience in HR, L&D, coaching, education, or professional services is beneficial (but not essential) Benefits • Continued professional development • Supportive mentorship Company Overview • Welcome to The Resilience Movement®- where personal growth meets purpose.
