We are a Canadian-based business seeking an experienced professional to help us increase authentic, policy-compliant online reviews across Google My Business (GMB), Trustpilot, Yelp, and other key review platforms. - Your responsibilities will include: Designing a strategy to encourage real customers to leave feedback in line with Google/Yelp policies. Setting up systems (email/SMS/CRM integration) to request reviews after verified customer interactions. Advising on best practices so reviews remain compliant and not subject to removal. Assisting with monitoring and managing our online reputation. - Requirements: Strong understanding of Google and Yelp’s review policies. Experience with GMB optimization and review management. Proven track record in ethical review generation and customer engagement. - Budget: We are initially seeking support to build a strategy and execute a pilot campaign.
