Residential Property Accountant – Up to $95k/yr Why You’ll Want This Job: • Competitive salary up to $95,000 per year with growth potential • Gain experience across diverse property types: market-rate, mixed-use, and affordable housing • Build expertise with Yardi software and multi-family financial reporting • Play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and audit readiness • Benefits include Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and 401K What You’ll Do: • Manage monthly accounting processes: rent, lease adjustments, reconciliations, journal entries, and payments (mortgages, taxes, fees) • Complete month-end closings, prepare lender/investor reports, and support annual audits • Monitor property cash flow, process transfers/distributions, and maintain financial accuracy What You’ll Need: • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of residential property (multi-family) accounting experience • Hands-on experience with Yardi software • Strong Excel skills • Ability to work onsite full-time (with potential for one remote day per week after training) There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
