Your Mission: Accelerate the impact of our Commercial Engine

This is not a traditional RevOps role. You are not a support function. You are the strategic mastermind and operational force multiplier for our entire Go-to-Market organisation (incl. Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success).

Your mission is to dismantle operational friction, redesign our commercial processes from first principles, and build a scalable, data-driven machine that propels Mollie into the next gear of growth. You are the architect of how we win.

What You'll Achieve

You'll be handed some of our most complex commercial challenges. Your output will be the strategic frameworks and operational systems that become the new standard at Mollie.
