The Customer Service Representative will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing service, and building meaningful customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming sales inquiries
- Respond to internet, phone and chat/text inquires
- Generating sales appointments and confirming sales team is prepared
- Entering all customer data into our database
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
