Jenn Nguyen and Friends is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on revolutionizing tax credits and incentives management. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline generation through outreach and lead qualification, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by researching and identifying qualified prospects
- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings
- Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate how our solution addresses them
- Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to ensure strong handoffs to the sales team
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategy, optimize messaging, and share insights from the field
- Manage all outreach activities in HubSpot CRM, keeping data clean and current for forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve lead quality and sales enablement initiatives
Skills
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software
- Proven ability to manage high outbound volume and maintain energy, curiosity, and professionalism
- Strong communication skills comfortable building rapport quickly over the phone and email
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) to track outreach and report on progress
- Familiarity with frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC for lead qualification
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to the El Segundo office
- Open to early-career professionals or career changers eager to start their SDR journey with relevant transferable skills
