Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
Skills
- Must have a Level 1 Agent License in Ontario
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in the Canadian market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to quickly become an expert on Bloom's products and value proposition
- Deeply ingrained customer-centricity
- Ability to self-manage and oversee a large book of business

- Hybrid role based in Liberty Village, Toronto. In office Tuesday/Thursday (2 days per week)
