Your Role in Our Mission:
- Own and grow our presence in the DACH region to support our mission of delivering personalized, impactful tutoring experiences.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of freelance sales agents to scale our digital sales efforts.
- Lead sales coaching and performance initiatives to maximize conversion and customer acquisition.
- Implement scalable sales strategies across both B2C and B2B segments.
- Promote our physical tutoring studios by generating leads and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including customer growth and agent activity.
What will you bring:
- Demonstrated sales leadership experience, ideally from fast-paced, high-growth, or education-focused environments.
- Proven ability to manage freelance sales agents or distributed teams effectively.
- Native-level German and strong English communication skills.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of ownership and drive.
- Comfortable working with sales metrics, CRM tools, and remote teams.
- A strong sense of accountability, with a passion for building and scaling sales operations.
