Job Description:
• Lead a team of highly skilled, geographically dispersed leaders focused on Hyperscaler growth in services and consumption.
• Responsible to recruit and attract talent aligned to the needs of the business.
• Create standardized roles and responsibilities and drive accountability for individuals.
• Align resources to the right opportunities and drive the sales campaign to closure.
• Build teams focused on AWS deal sourcing and positioning.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify the needs of the customers.
• Build and maintain long-term loyal client relationships.
• Build credibility and strengthen relationships with AWS executives.
• Recognize the accomplishments and demonstrate the impact of presales team members.
• Collaborate with DBSS peer leaders to improve sales and delivery motions within the organization.
Requirements:
• 15 years of cumulative experience in large, multi-dimensional technology organizations
• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Experience in technology solution sales
• Experience with computer, storage and network technologies in complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to execute in highly matrixed environment
• Strong presence and track record of engaging and influencing executive stakeholders
• Authentic and transparent leader
• Strong operational skills of managing a budget and optimizing resource alignment
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
