About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team on a remote basis. As a Salesperson with the Caspersen Agency, you will work exclusively with families and individuals who have requested contact from an agent, providing them with tailored life insurance and financial solutions. This is a unique opportunity to build a successful career in sales without the need for cold calling, door knocking, or high-pressure sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their life insurance and financial needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the agency
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop knowledge and skills in life insurance and financial products
- Work independently, utilizing effective time management and organizational skills to achieve goals
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Life and Health Insurance License for your resident state (or willingness to become licensed with step-by-step guidance)
- Business professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Dependable internet connection and computer or laptop
- A valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an insurance agent, health insurance agent, or in insurance sales
- Customer service experience and a strong people-oriented approach
- Results-driven and self-disciplined, with a strong desire to grow and succeed
