SAP Payroll Consultant- ECP/HCM

Supporting Payroll and Time and Attendance We are looking for highly skilled Techno-Functional SAP professional to support Payroll and Time & Attendance operations. Perform software development as an experienced Payroll and Time and Attendance developer. Must be an ABAP Developer with deep expertise in FICO and Project systems modules, design and build robust technical solutions in SAP landscape with HANA database. In this role the resource will be expected to fully understand FICO Principles and apply them to SPRO Configuration and ABAP Development; support of unique requirements and user experience using FIORI. They will participate in day-to-day payroll and time and attendance operations, which is an extension of the agile team in place that incorporates Financial Accounting and Labor Accounting. This role ensures requirements have been well defined and developed/configured. The role attends critical planning sessions with the business and participates in Weekend/Month end year end support activities and audit/compliance requirements. Required Qualifications • (7) years experience analyzing the needs of the users. • (7) years supporting Payroll and Time and Attendance as the technical expert. • Design, test and develop/configuration of software in support of payroll and Time and Attendance • Create/Design process flow and unit test documentation as needed for a reference for future upgrades and maintenance. • Resolve bugs and other software issues. • Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years of professional experience. • Strong object-oriented ABAP on HANA skills • SAP FICO/PS ABAP Specialist and strong FICO SME. • Cross functional knowledge covering all core modules of SAP - FICO/MM/SD/PP • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Apply Job!
