Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to join our global transformation program. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA architecture that supports end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring seamless integration with related systems and driving digitalization across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Develop and maintain the SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for O2C processes, including Sales, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with CRM and external platforms.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies (e.g., PLM, CAD, Salesforce).
Implementation & Integration:
- Lead greenfield fit-to-standard implementations for O2C in SAP S/4HANA.
- Design and manage integration with SAP Cloud solutions and third-party systems using APIs, Microservices, and SAP Integration Suite.
Governance & Standards:
- Define technological principles and architecture strategies for SAP O2C landscape.
- Introduce modern patterns such as DevOps and CI/CD for SAP environments.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure process consistency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams on SAP best practices.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare detailed design documents, test cases, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture with a focus on O2C processes.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA and/or O2C modules.
- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and hybrid architectures.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and performance KPIs for O2C processes.
