Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a highly talented and detail-obsessed Senior 3D & 2D Designe r to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who can bring premium products to life through stunning visuals, expert-level packaging designs, and high-impact 3D renders and videos. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity and precision, this is your opportunity to make a visual impact on a global scale. Responsibilities: Produce and edit eye-catching product photos, videos, and 3D renders using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, or equivalent tools. Design and prepare print-ready files with perfect layering for advanced effects like foiling, spot UV, metallic inks, and embossing . Leverage deep technical knowledge of packaging and labeling to ensure flawless execution for both digital and physical assets. Collaborate effectively with marketing teams, product developers, and print vendors to transform ideas into premium deliverables. Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent and elevated brand look and feel . Manage multiple deadlines and priorities with outstanding attention to detail and creative excellence. Present a portfolio showcasing mastery in 3D rendering, product photography/video, and packaging/label design . Requirements: Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Blender (or comparable tools). Strong experience producing print-ready packaging designs , including specialty effects. Technical understanding of packaging materials, die lines, and labeling requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timeliness. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. A high-quality portfolio that reflects expertise in premium product visuals and packaging . Nice to Haves: Experience leading or mentoring creative team members. Background in luxury consumer packaged goods (CPGs) , particularly for US or Japanese markets .
