Senior Accounts Coordinator (Operations Cross-Segment)

Description The Senior Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Account Management function to ensure client success.   Primary Responsibilities: - Support account leads with management of all proposals and change orders in process. Includes - Management of contracts in applicable systems and creating supplemental materials for any scheduled amendments (e.g. proposal, change order generation) - Follow-ups with client on proposal approvals and Change Order sign-offs - Monitoring project start dates and requesting At-Risk approval when appropriate - Manage and support follow-up on overdue Invoices with clients - Track contract expiration dates, manage study end dates in Jira, and support contract extension activities - Maintaining internal client health reporting for the Account Management organization spanning financial performance, sales, delivery, support, quality, and client satisfaction. - Maintaining and supporting standard KPI reporting for 4G Clinical accounts - Assisting in tracking and performing internal follow-up on critical client communications such as maintenance or quality-event related communications   Secondary Responsibilities:   Support account leads with client governance materials, including: - Creating client business/governance review presentations - Creating client-specific metrics reports - Documenting meeting notes and follow-up actions   Project Management Responsibilities include: - Manage timeline adjustments and client expectations during the pre-assignment phase, specifically addressing shifts supporting the internal teams. - Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise integrations, including the development of detailed project plan and reporting of plan to leadership. - Monitor study timelines for all projects within a client to identify potential bottlenecks and ensure project milestones are met and ensure proper escalation are reported.   Requirements The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Coordinator or Administrative position.    Education and/or Certification Requirements Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field or have equivalent experience.   Other Skills/Requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be able to communicate openly and objectively with the team) - Excellent listening skills - Must be results-oriented and maintain a positive work environment - Motivation to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and integrity - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
