CDW is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow HAM Pro to oversee and optimize the lifecycle of technology assets for enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage hardware and software assets from procurement through retirement, ensure accurate inventory and license compliance, and provide dashboards and reporting to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), experience using ServiceNow HAM Pro, and asset lifecycle governance, along with the ability to drive cost optimization, maintain data integrity, and support audit readiness across client environments. Experience in managed services environments and ITAM certifications (CITAM, ITIL, or IAITAM) are a plus.
