Senior Associate, Digital Communications

About the position Responsibilities • Create digital content that effectively communicates Women Deliver's brand and messaging. • Co-create and execute digital campaigns for organizational goals and priority projects. • Manage the digital content calendar and align with the Communications Team on strategies and editorial plans. • Collaborate with teams across Women Deliver to develop digital communications content for key advocacy moments. • Support storytelling and content gathering projects, including various media formats. • Develop digital communications metrics and report on channel performance. • Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and manage content creation. • Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and advise on their adoption. • Provide training and materials review on digital strategy for staff and partners. Requirements • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in digital communications or social media. • Demonstrated success in driving audience growth and engagement across digital platforms. • Expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social. • Strong writing skills for social media and the ability to simplify complex information. • Experience with website content management systems and newsletter platforms. • Content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing. • Experience in visual media, including photography and videography, is a plus. • Strong organizational and project management skills. Nice-to-haves • Language skills in French and/or Spanish. • Experience in global development or human rights sectors. • Expertise in gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
