Position Overview The Senior Business Analyst – Labor Operations & Data Entry will serve as a trusted advisor to Store Operations, Human Resources, and field partners across the United States. Leveraging deep insight into arenaflex's work model and a strong analytical mindset, you will identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and design solutions that drive efficiency, improve the customer experience, and support the strategic goals of the organization. Essential Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (required). - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, labor operations, or data entry within a retail or fast‑moving consumer goods environment (preferred). - Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business language. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros). - Critical‑thinking mindset with a proven track record of solving ambiguous problems. - Understanding of retail store operations and labor scheduling tools (ASDS experience is a plus).
