We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and providing sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries. You will handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally, redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary, and follow up with callers on complaint/question status to ensure resolution. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of one year of call center experience. You will also need to have helpful, friendly customer service experience, and be able to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time. The ability to read notes within the computer system to answer questions, use good judgement and be resourceful to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers, and know when to refer a caller to a different department or supervisor when necessary, are also essential.
