**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Entry Clerk - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. As a lead role, you may also be required to review and verify the work of lower-level employees. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
* Review and verify the work of lower-level employees (as required)
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Ensure data entry is completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy and maintain a dedicated work area that is separate from other living areas and provides information privacy
**Required Qualifications**
* High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of equivalent working experience
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
* Prior stable work experience
* Availability to work any 8-hour shift (40 hours/week) between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including occasional overtime and weekends based on business need
* Telecommuting requirements:
+ Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
+ Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
+ Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
