We are seeking a Senior Designer with 5–7 years of agency or niche-specific in-house experience to lead visual design across our digital marketing initiatives. You will partner with marketing strategists to create and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, ad banners, and supporting collateral. A data-driven approach to iterate toward higher engagement and conversions is essential. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, junior designers, and ensure every asset aligns with client branding and buyer personas.

Lead end-to-end design for WordPress sites, landing pages, CTAs, banners, infographics, eBooks, and other marketing collateral
Create and maintain visual design systems tailored to client brand guidelines and target personas
Implement A/B tests (e.g., heat-maps, click patterns via Hotjar) and recommend design improvements based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
Redesign and optimize existing web pages in line with updated brand guidelines
Collaborate with digital marketing teams (content, SEO, paid media) to deliver assets on time, using project management tools
Share design best practices and mentor junior designers on process and execution
Ensure pixel-perfect attention to detail and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
5–7 years of graphic and web design experience at a digital marketing agency or similar environment
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
3+ years designing front-end visual layouts for WordPress-based websites
3+ years creating ad banners for Facebook and Google Ads (or similar platforms)
Experience conducting and interpreting A/B tests (heat-maps, click-through rates) to improve conversion metrics
Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin) is a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is advantageous
Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across content, SEO, paid media, and development teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines
