Develop and drive the overall design strategy and vision for the company's iconic brand. Lead and manage a team of skilled designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective and innovative design solutions. Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of design processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance the company's design approach. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team. Manage design budgets and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget. Present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all design initiatives align with the company's brand identity and values. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support business objectives and drive growth. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the importance of design within the company. Foster strong relationships with external design partners and agencies. Manage and resolve any design-related issues or challenges that may arise.
