Job Description:
• Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across a portfolio of multifamily or student housing communities.
• Lead all aspects of leasing, marketing, training, and client communication.
• Ensure the portfolio meets and exceeds leasing goals, resident satisfaction standards, and financial performance.
• Act as a key liaison between ownership groups, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance resident and client satisfaction through innovative solutions and hands-on leadership.
• Mentor and train new and existing RLTDs to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Design and implement resident retention programs that foster strong community engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or certifications in marketing or property management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily/student housing with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing leasing teams across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with leasing systems (Entrata), analytics tools (JTurner, Domo, Ninjacat), and marketing platforms (Canva, Mailchimp, third-party vendors).
• Deep understanding of Fair Housing laws, digital marketing trends, and resident engagement strategies.
