Job Summary: The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives is accountable for driving market acceleration initiatives that increase enrollment, conversion, and revenue across priority state programs (e.g., CA, PA). This role leads complex, cross‑functional efforts to optimize the end‑to‑end lead‑to‑enrollment lifecycle, establish operating rigor, and deliver measurable growth outcomes. The position operates through influence, governance, and execution discipline rather than direct authority. Duties & Responsibilities:   Market Acceleration & Growth Strategy - Lead market acceleration initiatives to drive enrollment growth and revenue performance across priority states Funnel Optimization & Lifecycle Management - Drive funnel optimization across the full lead‑to‑enrollment lifecycle to improve conversion, throughput, and cycle time Operating Model & Performance Management - Establish operating cadence, governance, and performance management to ensure consistent execution and accountability - Build data visibility, performance tracking, and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes - Scalable, repeatable operating models deployable across markets Cross‑Functional Execution & Alignment - Orchestrate cross‑functional execution across Marketing, Client Engagement/Growth, Operations, Enrollment, RCM, and Finance - Clear ownership and accountability across end‑to‑end workflows Leadership & Influence - Lead through cross‑functional influence to drive execution discipline, accountability, and operational rigor - Align Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Growth stakeholders around shared objectives and delivery targets - Establish clarity around ownership, decision rights, and performance expectations - Remove barriers, connect teams, and ensure consistent follow‑through across initiatives Measured Outcomes - Increased enrollment and conversion rates across targeted markets - Improved lead‑to‑enrollment throughput and reduced cycle times Required Skills: - Strong operator mindset with a bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable results - Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills - Intellectual curiosity with a focus on root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement - Proven ability to lead complex initiatives through influence without direct authority - High ownership, urgency, and ability to build structure in fast‑paced environments Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. Substantial professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Experience: - 12–15+ years total experience, with 6–8+ years in leadership roles managing multi‑disciplinary teams and cross‑functional programs. - Proven leadership across growth/marketing ops, inside sales/enrollment, commercial operations, or revenue operations (RevOps) - Multi‑market expansion or priority-state go‑to‑market experience; ability to build repeatable operating models and execution cadences. - Demonstrated success orchestrating across Marketing, Client Engagement/Growth, Operations, Enrollment, RCM/Finance—owning operating rhythm, governance, and performance management. - Comfortable building data visibility (dashboards, funnel views, lagging/leading indicators) and running weekly performance huddles/QBRs/presentations to C-Suite and Board - Dashboard reporting a+ Working Conditions: Remote with occasional business travel Compensation Range: $165,000 - $185,000 annually The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
