About the Role:
As a Senior Enrollment Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a major client, New Britain Joint Ventures (NEJE). You will be responsible for accurately determining eligibility and managing enrollment and disenrollment processes for government healthcare Part D individual and group plans, adhering to CMS guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve issues with minimal guidance. You will be expected to meet workflow needs based on CMS regulations, established procedures, policies, and strategies. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and contributing to departmental goals while adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately determine eligibility for government healthcare Part D enrollment.
- Perform enrollment and disenrollment processes for individual and group plans.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing workflow needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant enrollment experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations for government healthcare Part D enrollment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with experience in Federal medical insurance Part D.
- Understanding of healthcare terminology and definitions.
