About the position The Senior Finance Manager - Nuclear Fuels will oversee the financial operations that drive the success of the Nuclear Fuels value stream. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to implement business growth strategies, manage the Fuels P&L, and ensure effective financial governance. The Senior Finance Manager will lead a team, analyze performance metrics, and develop financial models to support decision-making and profitability. Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and measurement of operation plans including budget and long-range forecasts. , Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation. , Engage with senior leaders to provide finance oversight for complex multi-year contracts. , Partner with senior leadership to manage risks and opportunities. , Develop financial models to forecast Contract Margin Res (CMR) impact. , Design and deploy scalable processes for global Nuclear Fuels operations. , Monitor and report variances of Fuels projects to budget and pricing assumptions. , Collaborate with other businesses to adapt tools and capabilities as needed. , Ensure key processes and controls support a world-class financial operation. , Recommend actions to maximize cash, profitability, and fleet risk management. , Identify, develop, and recruit Finance talent. , Lead Fuels Finance Analysts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. , Minimum of 8 years' experience in financial accounting, financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, or audit, including team management. Nice-to-haves Master's degree in business administration. , Strong commercial orientation with proven ability to partner with senior leaders. , Direct experience with operating initiatives and cost control programs. , Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure. , Strategic thinker with ability to create and execute action plans. , Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
