Description: • WEBTOON Entertainment is a leading global entertainment company and home to some of the world's largest storytelling platforms. • As the global leader and pioneer of the mobile webcomic format, WEBTOON Entertainment has transformed comics and visual storytelling for fans and creators. • With its CANVAS UGC platform empowering anyone to become a creator, and a growing roster of superstar WEBTOON Originals creators and series. • The Global Biz Ops team at WEBTOON is responsible for integrated management control, strategic planning, and business support across the organization. • Specifically, the FP&A team handles comprehensive management control tasks including the analysis and forecasting of overall business and financial metrics, development of annual operation plans, and financial projections for long-term growth plans that encompass all business units, including subsidiaries. • As WEBTOON continues to expand globally, the organization’s responsibilities are becoming more diversified and sophisticated, offering a wide range of job opportunities and rapid growth potential. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling & planning. • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and market data. • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems in a plus. • Fluent or capable of communicating and conducting business meetings in Korean preferred.
