Role Description
The Sr. FP&A Data & Systems Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and improving use cases of Anaplan across the finance and revenue organizations. In this role you will work with the FP&A, sales compensation, data and sales teams. This role will require a high level of accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness as you assist with critical business processes.
- Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems
- Proactively work to identify both user-facing and back-end system improvements
- Identify opportunities to build out additional use cases of Anaplan within the organization
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Anaplan data loads
- Provide ongoing support to resolve stakeholder inquiries
- Create and maintain technical and end user documentation
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building Anaplan models
- Ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks from multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects
- Understanding of FP&A and GTM processes
- Ability to dig into large data sets to resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder
- Snowflake and SQL experience
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of Anaplan model building experience
