Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our elite Risk Mitigation team. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing privacy, risk, and compliance projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery. You will identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across the organization, developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy, employment, and regulatory requirements, both domestic and international.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage privacy, risk, and compliance projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across the organization.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Risk Manager at arenaflex, your day will begin by engaging with our team via our communication channels, reviewing our team intake for new support requests, and assessing our privacy dashboards to identify potential risks. You will attend various cross-functional meetings to discuss ongoing privacy and risk projects and initiatives with leaders from CS, Legal, Privacy, and more. You will prepare detailed reports and write-ups on your risk management activities and develop your own narrative on initiatives you would like to pursue.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level

Preferred qualifications include:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
• Master's degree or equivalent
