RiVidium Inc is seeking a Senior HR Specialist (Benefits and Retirement Services), (contingent upon award) to support a federal client in in the areas of Federal Retirement and Benefits. The Senior Human Resource Specialist (Benefits and Retirement Services) shall possess significant knowledge in providing retirement and benefits counseling, preparing annuity estimates, reviewing, completing, and processing retirement applications. The responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to: • Provide support to resolve complex retirement and benefits issues. • Research and respond to general inquiries regarding retirement and benefits. • Effectively collaborate with other Federal agencies. • Create and execute plans for actions with minimal supervision. • Proven administrative skills relevant to HR operations. • Possess strong oral and written communication skills. These communication skills will be used to participate in CBP employee outreach events, webinars/seminars, and congressional inquiry responses. • Can work independently in the performance of assigned duties. The qualifications for this position shall include: • 3 to 10 years of experience • Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BS) or MA/MS degree. Preferred qualifications for this position shall include: • Work remotely and independently • Work in a team environment • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, utilizing telephone, Microsoft (MS) Teams, Microsoft Outlook and/or government workflow tracking system • Organize and track large amounts of data using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Independently use computer software such as MS Teams, MS Office 365, Adobe, eOPF, and HR reporting systems • Work in fast paced environment, with deadlines Apply tot his job
