You will lead the hiring efforts for our Engineering and product teams, contributing to the realization of our vision. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. • Oversee the recruitment and selection... process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. • Create and implement training programs for new hires and facilitate ongoing employee development. • Manage performance evaluations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring employee data is secure and confidential. • Requirements: Requirements: Demonstrated ability to influence people and build high-performing teams. • Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager. • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. • Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
