Senior Human Resources Manager – Global Benefits Focus

Job Description: • Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations • Provides exemplary employee support and strategic systems management in support of a robust HR function • Manages RTSL's global benefits strategy, HRIS architecture, leave administration, and HR compliance • Oversees the design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits • Advises leadership on competitive, cost-effective options for RTSL's global workforce • Ensures data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with regulations • Serves as the primary liaison to employees for benefits and leave matters • Owns the full project lifecycle of benefit plan design and management • Oversees benefits administration with staff and partners • Steward partnerships with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders • Manages employer-sponsored retirement plan contributions and plan reconciliation • Reviews and determines all leave types and advises managers and employees on leave matters • Liaise with leave processing vendors Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field • 8+ years' progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll and HRIS administration • Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies • Ability to create and maintain excellent business and interpersonal relationships with staff at all levels and different geographies • Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism around sensitive information • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently and effectively • Proven ability to manage change and large-scale organizational communications and benefit initiatives • Demonstrated success in following established processes and processing information with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and sense of urgency • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • Proficiency with HR and payroll systems • Advanced knowledge of MS Office • HR Certifications – SHRM-CP and/or PHR Benefits: • Health insurance for you and your dependents • Contributions toward retirement • Paid annual leave and sick leave, in addition to public holidays • Two paid, week-long organization-wide breaks at mid-year and end-of-year • Professional development and home office setup benefits • Up-to-date computer equipment
