The Opportunity: The Senior IT Project Manager will lead a comprehensive global review of Rapid Aid’s business processes and IT systems, identify gaps and implement scalable, efficient solutions. This role will begin with a 3–4 month deep-dive study of global processes and systems, including end-to-end process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report). Following the assessment phase, the successful candidate will design and execute a 12-month implementation roadmap to optimize systems, improve data flow, and enhance automation and reporting capabilities. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, requiring strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Phase 1 – Assessment & Strategy (First 3–4 Months) Conduct full end-to-end process mapping across global operations (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.) Analyze existing systems architecture and data flows Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas Develop a gap analysis, systems heat map, and strategic roadmap Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership Phase 2 – Implementation (12 Months) Lead execution of approved IT transformation initiatives Improve overall IT data flow efficiencies Drive system integrations, automations, dashboarding, and AI initiatives Optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central environment Strengthen SharePoint and OneDrive architecture and governance Ongoing / Steady State Ensure sustainable system performance post-implementation Lead integration of newly acquired companies into Rapid Aid systems Continuously improve enterprise IT governance and scalability Qualifications & Experience Required: 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field PMP certification Proven experience with end-to-end functional process mapping (P2P, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) Experience supporting Asian backend operations (China and/or Vietnam a bonus) Strong knowledge of, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint & OneDrive, Enterprise system integrations, IT data architecture and workflow optimization Experience working with hardware infrastructure and IT vendors Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide implementations Strong executive presence and communication skills Experience leading cross-functional initiatives Self-starter with ability to work independently Strong Assets: Background in SQL and/or Python Experience with automation, dashboarding, and AI implementation You are A: Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability Confident presenter with strong business acumen Energetic, solutions-oriented leader Comfortable fast paced operator in a fast-growing, evolving organization Strong cross-functional collaborator Experienced IT professional in global, multi-entity environments What We Bring to the Table: High-impact role with executive visibility Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation Work with global teams Competitive compensation package Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling organization
