The Coca-Cola Company, a global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Customer Strategic Insights team. As a pivotal part of the Foodservice and On-Premise (FSOP) organization within our North America Operating Unit, this team drives marketplace success through best-in-class insights, strategy, and storytelling. We are now looking for a Senior Manager to lead category management and guest insights projects, working closely with our Growth, Customer Marketing, and Sales organizations to develop strategies and tactics that maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and the Coca-Cola brand.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example, using FSOP analytics and data assets to generate insights and tell compelling stories about the state of our categories and customer landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Insights, Retail Category Leadership, Planning & Strategy, and our broader Customer Value and Growth department, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on customer business planning, ongoing customer commitment, and assortment strategies. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $140,791 to $168,416, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We offer a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
