As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you will be responsible for developing and delivering accurate contact forecasts that inform our global capacity planning solutions for the Customer Service (CS) network. Key Responsibilities: Driving Forecasting Excellence
- Develop and manage short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple Amazon markets.
- Lead a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, ensuring their performance and growth.
- Analyze various sources of data, standardize forecasting activities, and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior CS leadership to keep them updated on forecast variance drivers and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives.
