Job Description:
• Continuously monitor market dynamics and trends to develop robust competitive intelligence
• Acts as a subject matter expert within the Product Management and Development department
• Develops product requirements and roadmaps incorporating feedback from customers
• Partners with distribution and account teams to gather feedback
• Collects and analyzes customer feedback to create deliverables that match clientele's wants and needs
• Develops a long-term vision and strategy for the company products
• Collaborates cross-functionally to generate new product ideas based on customer input
• Evaluates product concepts and pipeline, assessing demand, ROI, and effort associated with new product concepts
• Supports sales teams as subject matter expert
• Interprets legislative, competitive, and industry issues to recommend new products or enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product and/or sales operations
• Health insurance industry experience
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
• Stakeholder management- Ability to speak with all levels of the business
• Apt at collaboration and teamwork
• Knowledge of Dental Insurance (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
