As part of our growing reputation and communications function, you'll work cross-functionally with customer service, marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented with integrity, authenticity, and trust across all digital channels.
You will design and implement frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and shape how our brand is perceived by customers, prospects, and the broader market.
Develop and drive JobLeads’ end-to-end online reputation strategy across all key digital channels
Create playbooks, processes, and frameworks for reputation management that are adopted company-wide
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Social Media, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and reputation KPIs
Train and equip internal teams with best practices for handling feedback and public interactions
Implement analytics-driven systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the brand’s reputation
Design and refine SLAs and escalation protocols — enabling fast, consistent responses without managing individual replies
Lead initiatives to amplify authentic customer stories, testimonials, and value-driven content across online platforms
Build a comprehensive reputation scorecard to track sentiment, issue resolution, and other critical metrics
Brief leadership on reputation trends, strategic risks, and emerging opportunities
4+ years’ experience in a senior-level role in reputation management, brand strategy, communications, or a related field — preferably within a SaaS or digital-first environment
Proven track record in building and scaling online reputation strategies, including development of guidelines and cross-functional processes
Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive company-wide cultural alignment around brand reputation
Proficiency in reputation and social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Zendesk, Brandwatch)
Strategic, data-driven mindset — experienced in using KPIs and scorecards to guide decision-making
Excellent communication, training, and project management abilities
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese) are a plus
Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, flexible work environment
Multilingual capabilities or experience managing global brand reputation
Understanding of online communities like Reddit and industry-specific forums
A strategic leadership role in a fast-paced, mission-driven company
