About the position Responsibilities • Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with clinical pharmacists. • Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies. • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a clinical pharmacist when appropriate. • Make outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and MedAdh members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs. • Document and track member engagement. Requirements • High School Diploma/GED (or higher). • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Illinois. • National Pharmacy Technician Certification. • 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience. • Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment. Nice-to-haves • Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience. • Experience with Part D claims adjudication.
