Position: Vendor Management Associate
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20–$30/hour
Location: United States
Role Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the global Supplier Master System with minimal oversight. Ensure accuracy in supplier tax, contact, banking, and payment details.
• Review and approve supplier onboarding requests. Ensure compliance with internal controls and documented processes.
• Execute supplier profile changes and modifications. Manage critical data such as tax IDs, bank accounts, and legal names.
• Perform thorough validations of supplier information. Prevent duplicate or defective records.
• Manage communication with suppliers globally. Obtain required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tooling partners. Improve and automate Procure-to-Pay workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with database management and data validation.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Preferred
• Experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, or Audit.
