Senior Project Manager – Digital Advertising

Job Description: • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital advertising projects • Support implementation and optimization of digital advertising technologies • Serve as primary point of contact for project teams, business owners, and executive sponsors • Coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, marketing technologists, UX designers, and business analysts • Partner with business units to ensure smooth implementation of digital advertising solutions • Stay current on emerging trends in project management, agile practices, and digital advertising technology • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field • 10+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs in digital marketing, advertising technology, or related domains • Experience supporting digital advertising initiatives such as marketing automation, programmatic platforms, analytics implementations, or martech stack integrations • Experience working in an advertising agency is highly preferred • Consulting experience is strongly preferred • Background working with remote and distributed teams • Proven track record leading multiple systems integration projects through full lifecycle • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional methodologies • Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, ad servers, and attribution platforms • Familiarity with marketing technology architectures, APIs, data pipelines, and integration patterns • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet) • Proficiency with collaboration platforms (Confluence, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams) • Project Management Excellence: Advanced knowledge of PMI, Agile, and hybrid methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred • Strategic Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences • Influence & Leadership: Proven ability to lead without direct authority • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision coverage • 401K with company match • Generous PTO allowance • Life insurance • Employee assistance • Pet insurance Apply Now Apply Now
