Responsibilities
• Manage a complex commercial insurance book of business.
• Leverage expertise in client service, technology, marketing, and sales support.
• Collaborate with the agency VP to meet organizational goals.
• Deliver top-tier service to existing clients.
• Conduct in-depth coverage analysis and policy reviews.
• Work effectively with account management and customer service teams.
Requirements
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Liability Insurance.
• At least 3 years of experience working with an application management system (AMS 360 preferred).
• Extensive expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance products.
• Experience as a Broker, working with multiple carriers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a consultative sales and service approach.
