Get ready to Partner with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and objectives Lead the full recruitment process from initial briefing to offer and onboarding Attract top-tier senior management talent Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies Work with teammates on passive candidate strategies Lead recruitment projects to support company growth Guide and negotiate offers with candidates Build long-term relationships with candidates Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices We expect you to Have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in corporate/startup environments, focusing on tech and non-tech roles Experience recruiting for Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Business Development, and Product roles Be skilled in sourcing, assessment, and managing candidate experience Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software Have excellent market knowledge and best practices Possess strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills Think strategically and execute tactically Be innovative and focused on process improvement Salary Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month. Location Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
