Senior Territory Manager – Dental Launch Base + Uncapped Recurring Commission Boca Bella | Field Sales | United States Boca Bella is hiring Senior Territory Managers to execute the national launch of U-Wrap™, the first professional “Zero Chair Time” whitening system. This role is designed for a proven field sales hunter who wants to build a territory from the ground up and own a recurring revenue stream. The Opportunity: Build Wealth, Not Just a Salary Most dental sales roles cap your upside. Ours does not. This role pays commission on recurring refill revenue, meaning you close the practice once and continue earning on every reorder over time. Compensation • Base Salary: $70,000–$120,000 (Elite Tier I) • Guaranteed Performance Raises: • Contracted path to $100k and $125k base salary tied to revenue milestones • OTE: $250,000–$500,000+ (uncapped) • Average Account Value: ~$23,000 annually per practice Benefits • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid travel and business expenses About Boca Bella Boca Bella is redefining professional whitening. Your objectives: • Open 50 private practice accounts within your first 90 days • Secure starter kit orders and activate recurring refill revenue • Build long-term relationships within your territory Operating Model • You focus on private practice velocity • Founders manage large-scale DSO partnerships • You move fast, close quickly, and get paid on recurring revenue • Accounts are aligned to reps as long as they are at BocaBella. We want our sales reps to scale and build relationships for years to maximize earnings Role Responsibilities • Hunt & Close: Acquire new private practice accounts (general and cosmetic) • Train & Activate: Conduct in-office training to enable hygienists to sell U-Wrap™ • Manage the Launch: Represent Boca Bella at major dental meetings (Chicago Midwinter, Hinman, etc.) • Own the Territory: Manage travel and expense budgets to maximize ROI Candidate Profile • Experience: 2–5+ years of outside dental sales experience • Network: Existing relationships with private dental practices required • Mindset: Proven hunter mentality with full-cycle closing experience • Launch Ready: Must be available to travel to Chicago Feb 19–21 This role is not suited for candidates dependent on distributor-generated leads.
