We are seeking an experienced Senior Unity Developer (UI) to join our team and help shape the user interface experience of Oxide: Survival Island, an immersive multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms.
This role is more than just building menus. You’ll be shaping how players interact with the game every single moment — from crafting and combat to inventory and chat. We're looking for someone who knows Unity inside and out, especially URP and rendering pipelines, and is passionate about making beautiful, responsive, and efficient UI that performs on all devices.

Design, develop, and optimize UI elements (HUDs, menus, inventories, crafting systems) in Unity and C#
Implement and fine-tune URP-based rendering techniques for mobile performance and visual consistency
Work closely with our UX designer to bring intuitive and polished interfaces to life
Integrate Unity Addressables for scalable and dynamic UI content
Support and improve multiplayer features involving UI (like player lists, team interfaces, or comms)
Continuously profile and optimize UI performance: reduce draw calls, improve memory usage, boost framerates
Support LiveOps and seasonal content with new UI components and updates
Stay up to date with best practices in mobile game UI and rendering
Help shape the technical direction of the project and mentor less experienced developers
5+ years of experience in Unity development (ideally in mobile games)
Deep understanding of URP and Unity rendering workflows
Strong C# skills and experience with performance optimization
Comfortable with mobile UI systems: UI Toolkit, Canvas, TextMesh Pro
Experience designing and implementing game mechanics and UI systems
Collaborative mindset and great communication skills
Passion for games and crafting thoughtful user experiences
Familiarity with Unity Addressables and runtime asset loading
Understanding of monetization flows and in-game economy
Working in LiveOps or seasonal content environments
