What will be your Key Responsibilities?
As a Workday HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions that improve HR processes and drive business value.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their Workday vision to life.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent or Workforce Management
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for clients.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday HCM (Workday certification in one or more modules is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French is required
